Quality Control (QC) and Inspection Standards

Raw Yarn And Fabric Inspection
All yarn and fabric batches are checked before cutting. We test fiber strength, fabric weight, color lot consistency and surface defects. Non-conforming materials are rejected to eliminate early risks.
In-Process Monitoring
All stitched items pass needle detection to remove metal contaminants. QC verifies seam strength and stitch density (8–10 stitches per inch). Defects such as skipped stitches are corrected on-site.
AQL 2.5 Final Inspection
Final inspection follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (ISO 2859‑1), AQL 2.5. We check dimension tolerance (±5%), weight, workmanship, pattern alignment and packaging. Defective lots are reworked before shipment.
Laboratory Compliance
Materials meet EU REACH and US CPSIA requirements. We test for banned azo dyes and formaldehyde. Test reports are available for customs and third-party audits.
